At this time, Luke Wellness is proud to announce that we are now in-network with several major insurance providers. We currently accept:

• UnitedHealthcare / Optum

• Cigna / Evernorth (effective July 3, 2025)

• Aetna (effective July 7, 2025)

We are actively working toward contracting with additional insurance providers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina and Tricare East (Humana), and will begin accepting those plans once contracts are finalized.

We also accept private pay (cash pay) for services.

Please note:

• We do not accept Medicaid plans at this time, though we hope to in the future. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept cash pay from individuals with active Medicaid coverage, even if they wish to self-pay.

• We are also opted out of Medicare, which means we cannot bill Medicare or provide superbills for reimbursement through Medicare.

In the meantime, clients may still be able to receive partial reimbursement for services through out-of-network benefits with commercial insurance plans. We partner with Reimbursify, a convenient app that helps you:

• Estimate your out-of-network benefits

• Easily submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement
